Biography

Michael Deturbide is Professor Emeritus at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University. He has extensive experience in technology and media law and has published significant works on electronic commerce and internet law. Deturbide's research interests encompass electronic contracting, corporate law, media law, and the impact of technology on law. He co-founded a national law review focused on technology law and has presented across Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia on these topics.
