Biography

Michelle Silver Lee has 25 years of experience as a higher education administrator and educator. She has spent her career in higher education consulting in the areas of individual and organizational development. At the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, she teaches undergraduate core courses that focus on business communication, organizational behavior, leadership, and team-building. In addition to her teaching role, Michelle is a co-founder and serves on the board of the Children Youth Learning Foundation (CYLF), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting education and leadership training for underserved communities worldwide, providing opportunities for future growth and development.
