Biography

Miguel Unzueta is a Professor of Management Organizations at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He joined the faculty in 2006 after earning his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. Unzueta's research focuses on the psychological motivations underlying people’s subjective understanding of diversity and how these definitions impact support for racial equity in the workplace. Unzueta has conducted various trainings on management topics including negotiations, decision-making, and bias prevention for organizations like Honda, NBC Universal, and the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team.
