Biography

McLaughlin has been working in the field of Francophone studies since 2002. She has studied the inscription of Acadian cultural production in the globalized economy and then focused on the role languages play in producing social inequalities in the workplace. Currently, she is leading a research project redefining linguistic equality within Canadian Francophonie organizations in the context of acknowledging the importance of anti-racism and decolonization.
