Dr. Nahyun Kim's research examines organizations, particularly how they understand and construe time and temporalities in relation to social and environmental issues. Her focus is on the vocabularies and grammatical structures of organizational language, which reflects and affects perceptions of organizational actors. She studies how organizations engage stakeholders' interests, power dynamics, and temporal orientations in pursuit of sustainable development.
