Namrata Malhotra is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Imperial College Business School. Prior to joining Imperial, she was a faculty member at the School of Management at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Currently, Dr. Malhotra is involved in a project focused on the British nuclear industry, exploring the complexities organizations face in high-risk environments and how perceptions of risk shape strategic changes over time. Additionally, she teaches courses in strategic management and organizational behaviour at the graduate level and conducts Executive Education programs at Imperial. She is currently an International Research Fellow at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
