Biography

Nathan Pelletier is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Science at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan, where he holds the NSERC/Egg Farmers Canada Industrial Research Chair in Sustainability. His work focuses on sustainability measurement, management, life cycle thinking, and environmental social life cycle assessments, particularly in relation to food and feed biomass supply chains. He has contributed to various research networks and possesses extensive experience in life cycle assessment and sustainable food systems.
