Dr. Nazha Gali

Biography

Nazha Gali is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. She also serves as a Research Faculty member at the Institute for Research on Innovation & Science (IRIS), University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Gali completed her PhD in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship at Durham University Business School, UK, in 2018, where she was awarded the Outstanding Thesis Award. Her research spans diverse projects in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, leadership, and gender dynamics. She is an expert in mixed research methods, particularly in econometric analysis of secondary data. Dr. Gali has published her work in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at numerous international and national conferences. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Introduction to Business, Introduction to Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice and has actively supervised undergraduate students. Dr. Gali has received research awards from both national and international conferences and serves as a peer reviewer for leading management and interdisciplinary journals. She is an Associate Member of the Academy of Management and a member of the Impact Scholar Community.
