Nghia Tran has been working in higher education since 2004, beginning in Vietnam and continuing in Australia. He completed his PhD in Higher Education Studies at the University of Melbourne in 2016. In 2009, he obtained a Master's degree in Lifelong Learning Policy Management through the Erasmus Mundus Program, which involved studies in Denmark, Spain, and the United Kingdom. His academic background also includes a degree in Education completed at Tho University in Vietnam in 2004. He has the capability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, having (co)authored more than 50 academic publications in diverse areas such as graduate employability, work-integrated learning, teacher education, curriculum development, English language teaching, and assessment.
