Dr. Ning Nan

Biography

Ning Nan is an Associate Professor in the Accounting Information Systems Division at the UBC Sauder School of Business. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Peking University, a Master's degree from the University of Minnesota, and a PhD from the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on Digital Business Strategy and the use of Complex Adaptive Systems, exploring the dynamics of online communities and the implications of evolvable infrastructure on organizational learning. She has contributed to multiple publications in top-tier journals, addressing topics such as human-machine learning coordination and competitive advantage from a multilevel perspective. In her role as Senior Associate Dean, Academic, she also engages in teaching courses including Managing e-Business and Database Technology, guiding students through the complexities of digital transformation in business.
