Biography

Niranjan Janardhanan earned his Ph.D. in Management in 2018 from the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on organizational behavior. Prior to his doctoral studies, Niranjan received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as an MBA in Strategy & Leadership from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He also has several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, financial services, and consulting roles across Asia and Europe.
