Biography

Noreen M. Webb is a Distinguished Research Professor in the Department of Education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). As a fellow of both the American Psychological Association and the American Educational Research Association, she is recognized as a key figure in educational psychology and educational research, also being a member of the National Academy of Education. Webb obtained her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Stanford University in 1978, an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford in 1977, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Swarthmore College in 1973.
