Dr. Noriko Tan

Biography

Noriko Tan is a Lecturer in Management Organisation at the National University of Singapore's Business School. She earned her PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the National University of Singapore. Her teaching and research interests encompass AI education, mindfulness, workplace gossip, and leadership. Noriko has published research papers in esteemed journals, such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes Journal, and Business Psychology. She is also an active presenter at international conferences, contributing valuable insights to her field. Noriko is dedicated to an interactive teaching approach, utilizing case studies, role-playing, and real-world examples to ensure her students grasp both the theoretical and practical aspects of the concepts. She is committed to creating an open and safe environment in her classroom, fostering psychological security for her students to share their honest opinions and encouraging the welcoming of conflicting views.
