Olivia S. Mitchell is the International Foundation Employee Benefit Plans Professor and a Professor in the Department of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as the Executive Director of the Pension Research Council and the Boettner Center for Pensions and Retirement Research.
