Biography

Peiqiang Yu is a Professor at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Agriculture and Bioresources. He is currently on sabbatical leave from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. His research focuses on ruminant nutrition, specifically in dairy and beef, and encompasses areas such as feed chemistry, feed processing, nutrient modeling, and synchrotron applications.
