Biography

Phani Radhakrishnan is an Associate Professor in the Teaching Stream at the University of Toronto. He specializes in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, having conducted extensive research on role culture, race, and organizations. His work has appeared in prestigious journals including the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. His research on racial harassment has been funded by the National Institutes of Mental Health, and he has presented on this topic before the Senate of Canada concerning amendments to Bill C65.
