Biography

Since 2007, Preeti Dhuria has been involved in numerous projects at the University of Southampton. She has worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Human Nutrition, where she developed a nutrition e-learning programme to enhance the competence of the public health workforce. Preeti played a pivotal role in the NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre, where she developed and managed a community initiative aimed at reducing vitamin D deficiency among Black and Minority Ethnic Communities locally. She completed her Master's in Food and Nutrition at Lady Irwin College, New Delhi, India, and has worked in various roles across academia, the food industry, and community settings.
