Dr. Pushpika Vishwanathan

Biography

Pushpika Vishwanathan is an Assistant Professor at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. Her research centers on the interplay between strategy and ethics, with a specific focus on corporate governance, stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and organizational design. Pushpika employs both qualitative and quantitative research methods in her work. Her research has been presented at international conferences organized by the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the European Group on Organization Studies, among others. Notably, her papers have been published in the Academy of Management’s Paper Proceedings and one of her papers was nominated for an award by the European Academy of Management.
