Professor Dr. Rachel Dickinson

Biography

Rachel Dickinson is a Reader in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Group at Warwick Business School. She is a founder member of WBS Create and serves as the Academic Programme Director for WBS Coach, which aims to support non-traditional and underrepresented students. Her commitment to teaching excellence is recognized through multiple awards, including the National Teaching Fellowship and being a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Rachel has significantly contributed to the field of management education, notably through her implementation of the UG Business Ethics module, which won an award at the Management Education Division Global Forum. She also received the prestigious Creativity Performance Teaching and Learning Fellowship, boosting academic performance in partnership with the Royal Shakespeare Company. With a background in drama and theatre education, she has developed a notable Initial Teacher Education program and conducted research focused on experiential practice in management and leadership education.
