Biography

Rakesh Khurana is a Professor of Sociology and the Marvin Bower Professor of Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. He is also a Master of Cabot House at Harvard College. Khurana has a distinguished academic career, teaching doctoral seminars in Management Markets and MBA courses in corporate governance and leadership. He also engages with geographic areas in Europe and North America, contributing significantly to the field of economic sociology and organizations.
