Biography

Randall M. Parker is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Special Education at the University of Texas at Austin. He has a distinguished career in rehabilitation psychology, having served as a licensed psychologist in Texas. Parker is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, division of Rehabilitation Psychology, and has received numerous accolades including the School of Education Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the College of Education Outstanding Faculty Award from the University of Texas at Austin.
