Rebecca Bromley is a Senior Lecturer and Paediatric Neuropsychologist at the University of Manchester and the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. Her academic interests focus primarily on the effects of medications taken during pregnancy on child cognitive, motor, and social development. With over 40 academic publications and numerous presentations at international conferences, Dr. Bromley is deeply involved in the field of neuropsychology, working also as part of the Complex Epilepsy Team at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, where she diagnoses and intervenes for young people with epilepsy and related conditions. Her current studies include the Neurodevelopment of Babies Born with Epilepsy (NaME) Study and the Neurodevelopment Prenatal Exposure Seizures (NAPES) study.
