Dr. Rebecca Heino

Biography

Rebecca Heino is the Timeless Leadership Professor in the Clinical Management Organization at USC Marshall. She teaches courses in areas such as cross-cultural intelligence, diversity, leadership, and organizational behavior to undergraduates, graduate students, and executives. Currently, she leads the Marshall Leadership Fellows Program aimed at MBA students. With a wealth of global experience in executive education, Dr. Heino has collaborated with organizations like KPMG in Brazil and Mexico, the International Finance Corporation, and Rio Tinto in Australia. Her expertise lies in fostering insights in emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. Previously, she held faculty positions at Georgetown and Columbia Universities.
