Dr. René Arseneault

Biography

René Arseneault is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Université Laval. He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration Management from Saint Mary's University, a Master of Business Administration in International Corporate Management from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology Psychology from Saint Mary's University. His research interests include cultural psychology, personality psychology, and organizational behavior, with a focus on recruitment, selection, and human resources management. Currently, he is involved in various research activities, including exploring self-initiated expatriates' workplace challenges and perceptions of organizational support. Dr. Arseneault is also a member of the International Journal of Human Resources Development Management and the Journal of Business Venturing. He contributes to faculty committees and engages in knowledge popularization activities through video publications.
