Biography

Richard Olivier is the Artistic Director of Olivier Mythodrama. He has worked extensively in the fields of organizational and personal development. Today, Richard’s work is at the leading edge of bringing world theatre to the development of authentic leaders. He serves as an international leadership development consultant, keynote conference speaker, and workshop leader. Furthermore, he has appeared as a guest speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos, collaborating with global organizations. As a leading theatre director for over ten years, he directed the production of Henry V at the opening of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London in 1997. Richard is the founding voice behind Mythodrama, a new form of experiential learning that combines great stories with psychological insights and creative exercises, using organizational development techniques to explore the challenges faced by modern leaders. He earned his Master of Mythodrama degree at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre between 1998 and 2003.
