Biography

Professor Rikard Landberg is Head of the Division of Food and Nutrition Science at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He has a strong background in food science, having completed his postdoctoral studies in molecular nutrition at the Karolinska Institute and a visiting postdoc at Harvard School of Public Health in 2009.
