Biography

Dr. Ritu Tripathi is an applied social and cross-cultural psychologist who serves as an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy. She has been recognized with the prestigious Dean’s Scholar Award from UIC, highlighting her scholarly achievements. Dr. Tripathi holds both B.A. and M.A. degrees in Psychology from the University of Allahabad, India. Her research has been published in several prominent journals, contributing to the fields of Human Resource Management, Personality and Social Psychology, and Cross-Cultural Strategic Management.
