Biography

Robert Klassen is a Professor of Education at the University of Oxford, affiliated with Harris Manchester College. He leads the ReNEW research hub focusing on the education workforce and is a chartered psychologist with expertise in educational psychology. His research interests include motivation, beliefs related to career decision-making, and the development of theory-informed digital interventions aimed at teacher recruitment and development. He also coordinates the largest special interest group in education at EARLI, focusing on teaching and teacher education.
