Biography

Robert E. Kraut is the Herbert Simon Professor of Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science and holds a joint appointment at the Tepper School of Business. His broad research interests encompass social impact computing, online communities, and the design of information technologies that facilitate small-group intellectual work.
