Dr. Robin Jacob

Biography

Robin Jacob is a Research Professor at the Survey Research Center, Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, where he also serves as a Courtesy Research Professor at the Marsal Family School of Education. With over 15 years of experience, his research focuses on conducting randomized trials and quasi-experimental evaluations of social interventions across various contexts. His evaluations have targeted a wide range of outcomes, including literacy, mathematics, social-emotional competencies, executive functioning skills, and health-related outcomes. His work has been supported by the Institute of Education Sciences, the National Science Foundation, and numerous private foundations. He holds a PhD in public policy from the University of Chicago.
