Biography

Ruolian Fang is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Management and Organisation group at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Business School. His research focuses on the dynamic interplay between individuals and social networks as determinants of employee work experiences and performance outcomes. Fang has published his work in prominent journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Studies. He earned his PhD from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Throughout his academic career, Fang has been involved in various teaching and research roles, contributing significantly to the field of management and organisational behaviour.
