Biography

Sander Kersten is a Full Professor and the Director of the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. He received a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from Wageningen University in 1993 and a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Cornell University in 1997.
