Biography

Sandra Chrystal is a Professor Emeritus of Clinical Business Communication at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. She serves as Vice Dean of online learning, overseeing the Marshall's Centers of Excellence. Previously, she was the Director of the Center for Management Communication and has taught management communication classes that focus on technology-enhanced community-based learning.
