Biography

Sandra Deacon Carr is a Master Lecturer in Management & Organizations at Boston University Questrom School of Business. With over 30 years of experience, she teaches courses in organizational behavior, leadership, management, career development, and team learning. Deacon Carr serves as the Faculty Director for Boston University Hub Curricular Initiatives, focusing on the development and implementation of interdisciplinary courses.
