Biography

Sarah joined Warwick Business School (WBS) in November 2019 after completing a PhD in Business Management. Her research focuses on understanding how organizations and teams collectively orchestrate strategy, innovation, and change in complex, dynamic environments. Before entering academia, Sarah worked as a Board Director and NHS Non-Executive Board Director in the housing sector, bringing a diverse career that includes consultancy, managerial, scientific roles, and experience in both healthcare and profit sectors. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Cell Biology from Manchester University and holds a PhD in Immunology and Biochemistry from Birmingham University. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring and adventuring with her dog, Alma.
