Biography

Sean D. Sullivan is a Professor and Dean at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy with a joint appointment at the Department of Health Services. He holds adjunct positions in the School of Medicine and the Public Health Sciences Division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute. Dr. Sullivan is recognized for his contributions to formulary decision-making and has been awarded for his research achievements. He completed his PhD in Health Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
