Professor Dr. Shakiba Khodabandeh

Biography

Shakiba Khodabandeh is a PhD student at Stockholm University, focusing on sustainability in online retail. Her research centers on initiatives that increase customers' willingness to pay for sustainability through the brand value chain framework. She holds a Master of Research in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School, and an MBA and B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran. Before joining Stockholm Business School, she gained practical experience in marketing roles, specializing in customer value management and customer segmentation. Her work emphasizes value-based pricing, customer decision-making processes, sustainability, brand equity, and the retail sector.
