Shannon Rawski is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School, Western University. She has published in peer-reviewed academic journals, including the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and co-organizes a Virtual Research Consortium for academics and practitioners focused on research related to sexual harassment and social sexual behavior in the workplace.
