Biography

Sheila Woody is a registered psychologist and Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia. She serves as the Area Coordinator and Director of Clinical Training. Dr. Woody's primary research focuses on hoarding disorder, with an emphasis on understanding hoarding behavior and addressing the associated problems to improve outcomes for intervention. She is the director of the Centre for Collaborative Research on Hoarding, which explores both individual psychopathology related to hoarding disorder and community-based approaches to tackle the issues stemming from hoarding.
