Dr. Soojin Kim

Biography

Soojin Kim is an Associate Professor and Program Director at the School of the Arts and Media at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She obtained her Ph.D. in Communication from Purdue University in 2014. Kim's research focuses on stakeholder behavior and the connections between public insights and organizational strategies, facilitating meaningful engagement and collaboration. Her interests include consumer-brand relationships, organization-employee dynamics, and public-country interactions. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Public Relations Review, Communication Research, Journal of Business Research, and the International Journal of Communication.
