Sophie Jané is an Assistant Professor in the Management Section of the Department of Business Administration at Umeå University. Her research focuses on how individuals navigate and make sense of challenging organizational situations and contexts, particularly in relation to trauma. In addition to her research, Sophie teaches subjects such as leadership, international business, project management, and diversity and inclusion, and supervises students at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
