Biography

Stefan Blomberg is a licensed psychologist at Linköping University, focusing on the field of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He has been involved in a significant research project known as WHOLE (Work Health Organization Leadership Experience), which aims to collect longitudinal data regarding the organizational social work environment, leadership, and health related to vulnerability cohorts within a representative sample of Swedish working life. Stefan defended his PhD thesis on December 15, 2022, which examined how supportive leadership moderates the occurrence and impacts of work-related bullying. His ongoing collaborations and research work make him a key figure within the field of organizational psychology and health.
