Stefan Brehm is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies at Lund University, specializing in the fields of Economics and Political Economy. His research focuses primarily on China, where he examines the roles of data production, distribution, and redistribution in relation to political power and economic wealth. Brehm is actively involved in research addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and has a broad range of expertise that encompasses financial markets, public administration, and innovation. He has also been a part of several significant research projects like 'Digital China' and has collaborated with various stakeholders on topics such as human rights violations in Nordic public procurement and sustainable food advocacy.
