Biography

Stefan T. Mol is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Research Methods at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. He obtained his Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 and completed his PhD in Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2007. His research interests focus on various aspects of organizational behavior including job knowledge, learning analytics, personnel selection, proactivity in the workplace, psychological contracts, expatriate management, meta-analysis, and employability. Mol has published in numerous academic journals such as the Asian Journal of Social Psychology, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment and has been actively involved in research projects funded by the EU. Over the years, he has also contributed significantly to the academic community through various teaching activities and supervision of both master's and doctoral students. In recognition of his teaching excellence, he received the Excellent Teacher Award from the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Economics and Business in 2010. Additionally, he is noted for his involvement in projects related to learning analytics and is a key member of the Scilink foundation, aiming to enhance educational practices through innovative research.
