Stefan T. Mol is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Research Methods at the Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. He obtained his Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 and completed his PhD in Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2007. In recognition of his teaching excellence, he received the Excellent Teacher Award from the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Economics and Business in 2010. Additionally, he is noted for his involvement in projects related to learning analytics and is a key member of the Scilink foundation, aiming to enhance educational practices through innovative research.
