Dr. Stefan Schembera

Biography

Stefan Schembera joined the Organizational Design Development group at Radboud University in January 2020. His research interests focus on corporate social responsibility, fighting corruption, organizational legitimacy, and global governance. He has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative analytical approaches and regularly collaborates with researchers from the University of Zurich, TU Munich, and the University of Queensland. His work has been published in renowned journals such as Organization Science and Business & Society, and he has presented at leading international academic conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the European Group of Organizational Studies Colloquium. Before joining Radboud University, Stefan graduated in Business Administration from the University of Tübingen and received his doctorate from the University of Zurich, where he worked as a research assistant under Professor Andreas G. Scherer. His dissertation project on organizing corporate social responsibility and fighting corruption in global business was a finalist for the Academy of Management’s Dissertation Award.
