Stuart Selber is a Professor in the Department of English at Penn State University, specializing in Information Sciences and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University and has over two decades of experience in teaching and research. His early career began as a technical writer, which offers him a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and communication.
