Susan Ann Minear, MD, is a Clinical Professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and a well-respected developmental behavioral pediatrician with over 25 years of clinical care and teaching experience in pediatric primary care, child development, and newborn medicine. Dr. Minear served as the medical director of the newborn nursery at BMC from 1997 to 2005 and again from 2019 to 2024, and has held the position of medical director for Baby Steps BMC, an outpatient multidisciplinary clinic focused on preventing failure to thrive and promoting early intervention for at-risk infants since 2009.
