Biography

Sylvie Dubois has a diverse academic and professional background that contributes to the advancement of nursing discipline and profession through leadership in nursing management, including political aspects, teaching, research, and clinical practice. Today, she still teaches and supervises master's and doctoral students at the Faculty of Nursing at the Université de Montréal, emphasizing clinical leadership. Her research focuses on oncology, nurse education, and information technology in nursing, and she has been a recipient of prestigious awards for innovative healthcare practices. Dubois is associated with multiple research centers and has contributed significantly to developing educational modules and clinical strategies in nursing.
