A native of Ottawa, Teri Dunn is a celebrated soprano, conductor, and music educator with a distinguished career spanning performance, pedagogy, and artistic leadership. As a committed educator, she leads the Soprano-Alto Chorus at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music. Her previous roles include Assistant Artistic Director of the Toronto Children’s Chorus from 2002 to 2012 and various posts in the Royal Conservatory of Music and Hart House Chorus. Ms. Dunn’s choirs have performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Vatican, collaborating with leading Canadian ensembles like the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. She is an acclaimed soprano, with a discography featuring works by numerous esteemed composers, and has premiered works by Canadian composers such as James Rolfe and John Beckwith. She holds a Master of Music from the University of Toronto, having studied under Mary Morrison.
