Dr. Ting He

Biography

Ting He is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Penn State University. His research interests include statistical inference, information theory, control theory, online learning, and graph theory, which are critical areas in advancing technologies that intersect with electrical engineering and computer science. He is actively involved in fostering a collaborative research environment where undergraduate and graduate students can engage in innovative projects that meet today's industrial demands. Since the establishment of the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2015, he has contributed to the development of educational programs that offer degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, and data science, enhancing the learning experience for students in these fast-evolving fields.
